I was born in a small country town in Puerto Rico, I lived there until the age of 9 then moved to NJ. was born and raised in church, my grandfather was a pastor so I spend most of my time at church. I loved helping out my grandfather in any way I could at his church, from singing to giving bible studies to cleaning toilets. Almost every summer I went back to Puerto Rico to be with my grandparents and being with them was the highlight in my youth. My grandparents had a big deal in molding me into the person I am today. Seeing my grandparents give their lives for the ministry and helping people wherever they could has inspired me to want to do the same thing.

When I moved to NJ with my parents the imprints that my grandparents made in my life was forever engraved in my heart. In my Youth I joined a Spanish Pentecostal Church Movimiento Internasional or International movement church. I had the privilege of becoming a youth leader in my church and I also taught bible school on Sundays to the kids. There I discovered my love for writing and I won several awards.

At the age of 20 I moved to FL and I joined the Assemblies of God in Orlando while I was a member there, I got involved in ministry and help in any way I could, I become a missionetts teacher a taught several years to young girls. I truly loved my time there and I learned a lot.

Now at the age of 40 I am a happily married wife and mother. My heart still years to serve the Lord in any way I can, this is the reason why I joined Jars of Clay, for the simple opportunity to touch at least one heart for Christ.
